In the early morning of October 17th, at Tan Son Nhat International Airport, ASEAN Cargo Gateway (ACG) launched its charter to Incheon, South Korea (SGN-ICN) using an A321 aircraft (with seats removed) with a cargo capacity of up to 15 tons.

According to the plan, ACG will operate regular flights on the SGN-ICN route every Thursday and Sunday using Vietjet Air\'s A321 (seat removal) aircraft, with plans to increase the flight frequency to 3-4 flights per week.

Mr. Dao Trong Khoa, Chairman of the Board of Directors of ACG, shared that the launch of this SGN-ICN cargo route is in response to the current situation and aims to meet the growing demand for cargo transportation from customers and partners.

In addition to this new route, ACG is also maintaining a regular weekly flight from Ho Chi Minh City to Jakarta, Indonesia (SGN-CGK), with plans to increase to two flights per week.

ACG has been making significant efforts to increase the frequency of its existing routes and is also exploring new routes to potential markets such as Japan, India, and Australia to meet the growing demand for cargo transportation during the COVID-19 post-pandemic recovery phase.
